This includes project managers, quality managers, technical managers, purchase managers, project coordinators, QC inspectors, and document controllers. 3. Quality Control Flowcharts: The PQP includes flowcharts that outline the control procedures for drawings and document management, supplier quality control, and factory quality control. This encompasses various stages such as incoming quality control (IQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), final quality control (FQC), and outgoing quality control (OQC).
4. Acceptable Quality Limits: Different materials and factory production procedures are assigned specific inspection frequencies, major and minor control items, and acceptable control limits. This ensures that quality standards are consistently met throughout the project.
5. Inspection and Testing Plan: The PQP outlines the quality requirements for all materials and factory production procedures. It includes details of inspection tools, equipment, and responsible QC inspectors. For special cases involving curved structures or unique materials, specific inspection methods and quality requirements are defined in coordination with technical departments and the client.
6. QC Stickers and Stamps: We utilize QC stickers and stamps during material inspections and production procedures to ensure traceability and accountability.
7. QC Forms: Complete sets of QC forms are included in the PQP for each material and production quality control process. These forms serve as documentation for quality control activities.
