In the management of logistic delivery, especially for international clients, ensuring safe and timely delivery is a significant concern. Managing logistics effectively can have a positive impact on cost, quality, and project progress. Here’s how we understand and manage this crucial phase:

Pre-construction Phase: During the pre-construction phase, we develop a comprehensive plan for logistic delivery. This includes designing packaging pallets/stillage, estimating the cost of packaging materials, shipping and forwarding, customs duties, and clearance. We also create flowcharts and maintain records to provide clients with a clear understanding of the total import costs, which can serve as a budget control quota.

Method of Packaging: To ensure the safe delivery of facade products while optimizing cost, we pay attention to packaging design. We create packaging racks, pallets, or stillages that effectively secure the products inside the container. By maximizing the use of container space, we can significantly reduce costs.

Shipping Freight: We have dedicated shipping coordinators who actively engage with sea and air shipping companies to identify the most suitable shipping lines based on client demands. We also offer a lump sum package for shipping freight estimation based on the estimated number of containers required. If additional containers are needed, we cover the remaining freight costs until the last piece of the client’s order is delivered.

Tariffs and Taxes: Tariffs and taxes are essential considerations for international buyers. During the pre-construction phase, we estimate these costs so that clients can understand the total expenses and set budget targets accordingly.

Inland Forwarding: Some clients prefer delivery to a nominated location within their country without having to handle customs clearance and inland forwarding themselves. In such cases, we offer assistance. Our coordinators work closely with shipping agents to provide door-to-door delivery services. Clients may only need to prepare their own forklift for offloading when the cargo reaches their designated jobsite.

By effectively managing logistic delivery with a focus on packaging, shipping freight, tariffs and taxes, and inland forwarding, we aim to provide international clients with safe and efficient delivery services while controlling costs and ensuring quality and progress in their projects.
