Project technical requirements and approved drawings are the basis of quality control of a facade project. Our design engineers and QC engineers work closely on in-time inputs of all quality requirements. A project quality plan will be developed as the guideline of our quality control activities.

We carry out inspecctions and tests as specified in different procedures and standards such as ASTM, AAMA, AS/NZS, GB, and ISO standards.

Our supplier quality inspectors are experienced and familiar with production procedures of various facade materials such as aluminium extrusions, glass panels, sealant, gasket, rockwool, hardware, ironmongery, stone/ceramic/terra cotta panels, aluminium/ACP panels, and zinc/bronze/stainless steel/sandwich/honeycomb panels etc.

We carry out periodic or full time supplier’s plant inspections as requested by the clients to monitor quality, progress and performance. Progress, and quality report are updated to our clients on weekly or daily basis.

We carry out curtain wall production inspection which
covers the incoming materials, fabrication/assembly process,
glazing of glass panel to the storage/packaging of the curtain
wall panels, as well as the panel production progress
monitoring.

Our service including:
Periodic inspection – Full inspection report will be provided
after each inspection, which covers the incoming material
status, panel production status, production quality and the stuas of the factory’s QA/QC system.

Full time QC inspection – A full time inspector will be
appointed to the project and carry out 100% inspection to each panel. Daily panel production progress report and weekly QC summary report will be provided. Our “real time” panel progress monitoring apps can help our client to monitor the panel production progress online.

We also provide PMU (Performance Mock Up) and VMU (Visual Mock UP) inspection service.
